Strategic Advisors contractually provides financial advisory services to the fund, including investment opportunity review, acquisition advisory services, divestiture representation, financial modeling, capital structure review and formation, risk assessment, due diligence review, documentation advice and portfolio company valuation.
Recently, Strategic Advisors sold one of Susqehanna's portfolio companies and served as financial advisor and placement agent when Susquehanna made an add-on acquisition for another portfolio company. In addition, Strategic Advisors assisted Susquehanna in the divestiture of another portfolio company.
