Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cozy Inn Pet Resort & Spa (“Cozy Inn” or the “Company”) by Destination Pet (the “Acquiror”). The transaction was finalized in May 2026.

Cozy Inn is a leading provider of premium pet boarding, daycare, grooming, and spa services. The Company has remained locally owned and operated for almost 40 years, focused on providing only the highest quality pet care through its two strategically located facilities in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Over the years, Cozy Inn has successfully built an exceptional, long-standing reputation in the region and has become well regarded for its unique, inclusive, and personalized approach to serving customers and their pets.

Destination Pet is an established provider of premier pet care and boarding services serving pet owners across North America through a growing network of facilities. As part of the transaction, Destination Pet will provide Cozy Inn with expanded operational resources — including enhanced staff training programs, upgraded facility technology, and access to a broader network of veterinary and pet care expertise — that directly benefit the pets and families Cozy Inn serves while providing an enhanced presence for Destination Pet in the Mid-Atlantic.
