Insight Pipe and IPC Services have been acquired by PURIS, LLC

Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the acquisition of Insight Pipe and IPC Services (“Insight”, “IPC Services” or collectively referred to as the “Company”) to PURIS, LLC (“PURIS”). The acquisition was finalized in February 2025.

Since 1989, Insight has grown into a full-service contractor specializing in the maintenance and trenchless rehabilitation of underground wastewater and stormwater utilities. Its comprehensive offerings include Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, sectional and lateral lining, CCTV inspections, vacuum/jet cleaning, manhole inspections, and smoke and dye testing. IPC Services was founded in 2011 and offers complimentary specialized cleaning and fluid hauling services to industrial end-markets.

PURIS, a leading vertically-integrated provider of infrastructure renewal solutions across North America, specializes in rehabilitating sanitary, storm, and potable water systems. With decades of expertise, PURIS offers a full suite of services, including CIPP, pipe bursting, geopolymer lining, CompressionFit® HDPE lining, horizontal directional drilling and lead service line replacement. The Company will assist PURIS in continuing to strengthen its presence in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.
