Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of a Mid-Atlantic Retained Executive Search Firm (the “Company”) to ZRG Partners (“ZRG”). The transaction was finalized in May 2023.

The Company, established in 1992, is a retained executive search firm servicing clients nationally. The Company has established a strong brand with their high level of expertise in niche markets and their onsistent track record of successfully completing unique search assignments.

ZRG conducts retained executive search services in more than 13 industry focus areas, placing qualified candidates in a variety of executive positions. ZRG’s acquisition of the Company will complement and deepen its expertise in its existing markets while expanding its focus areas.

Strategic Advisors acted as the exclusive merger and acquisition advisor to the owner of the Mid-Atlantic Retained Executive Search Firm.
