Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of a Mid-Atlantic Storage & Logistics Specialist (the “Company”) to American Trailer Rental Group (“ATRG”). The transaction was finalized in February 2022.

The Company, created in 1956, is a leading provider of portable solutions and logistics to customers located across the Mid-Atlantic region. With eight (8) locations throughout Western PA, and Eastern OH, the Company services an array of markets. With ample experience in the industry accompanied by a strong regional presence with diversified product and scalable service offerings, the Company has solidified a well renowned reputation in the Mid-Atlantic region offering fast, flexible, and affordable storage trailers, ground level storage containers, maintenance, and logistics to its large customer base.

ATRG facilitates a family of companies that services various different industries, buy providing answers to business needs via storage, cartage, and over the road trailers. ATRG’s acquisition of the Company will be advantageous to their geographic presence and largely growing asset base, assisting in servicing their customers.
